By accessing or using Carwaro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Carwaro is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners with local auto glass repair and replacement shops in Calgary, Alberta.
Carwaro provides an online platform for obtaining estimates, comparing local auto glass shops, and booking appointments. We do not directly provide auto glass repair or replacement services. All services are performed by independent, third-party shops.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Price estimates provided through the Platform are approximate ranges based on vehicle type, damage assessment, and local market data. Final pricing is determined by the selected service provider after in-person inspection. Carwaro does not guarantee any specific price.
Booking requests submitted through the Platform are subject to confirmation by the service provider. You may cancel a booking at any time before the scheduled appointment through your account. Carwaro is not responsible for any disputes between you and the service provider.
Carwaro is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party shops. We act solely as a marketplace connecting consumers with service providers. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
All figures, statistics, response times, ratings, savings estimates, and other numerical claims displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to the number of quotes delivered, average response times, shop ratings, and customer counts) are approximate and provided for illustrative purposes only. They are based on internal data and estimates that may vary over time. Carwaro does not guarantee the accuracy of these figures and they should not be relied upon as a promise or warranty of specific results. Actual outcomes may differ based on shop availability, market conditions, demand, and other factors beyond our control.
